Rohan Aher

Rohan Aher is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Crux Law Partners. His practice spans corporate and commercial advisory, agreements and commercial contracts, corporate governance and continuing legal counsel, banking and finance, debt recovery and DRT proceedings, employment and labour law and compliance, taxation, regulatory matters, civil and commercial disputes, and maritime and shipping law.

Prior to co-founding CRUX, Rohan served as Legal Advisor to Chalo, with responsibility for the company’s legal matters. His in-house experience gives him a practical understanding of the interaction between legal advice, commercial operations, employment issues, contracts, regulatory requirements and day-to-day business decisions.

Rohan is an alumnus of D. M. Harish School of Law, HSNC University, Mumbai. In 2026, he was appointed to the University’s Board of Studies in Law in the alumni category.
