Sameer Gazdar

Sameer Gazdar is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Crux Law Partners. His practice spans complex contentious and corporate mandates, including civil and commercial litigation, corporate disputes, criminal and white-collar matters, writ, constitutional, administrative and public-interest proceedings, real estate, restructuring and insolvency/NCLT matters, and Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and slum-redevelopment matters. He also advises on corporate and M&A matters, bringing together litigation strategy, transactional understanding and commercial perspective.

Before entering legal practice, Sameer developed substantial commercial and entrepreneurial experience, including experience with Baskin Robbins and as a co-founder of several consumer-facing brands and ventures. That background gives him first-hand familiarity with the operational and commercial considerations that frequently sit behind corporate transactions, business disputes and strategic legal decisions.

His approach is centred on identifying the issue carrying the greatest legal or commercial consequence, testing it against the factual record and building the strategy around it.
